As one of the founding Principals of 3Mix, Ro is responsible for conceptualizing a varied number and typologies of projects globally as well as business development and mentoring. With over 30 years of global experience, Ro brings to the table a wealth of knowledge, expertise and a passion for mixed use developments and tall buildings. A graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Ro was previously a Principal at Callison and Senior VP of CallisonRTKL and was associated with that firm since 1994. With a client base that includes China, the Middle East and South Asia, Ro brings a global sensibility to 3Mix and is a frequent speaker at industry forums and conferences. He is responsible for the firm’s global growth as an industry leader in the mixed-use arena and his team-oriented approach allows him an overarching influence on all projects within the firm.
