The Sofitel Hotel tower is envisioned as a mixed-use development accommodating a 278 key top luxury hotel, Class A Office and Serviced Apartments. The tower is carefully planned to seamlessly accommodate disparate uses within a singular entity without sacrificing the identity of each component. The hotel incorporating several function floors, clearly exudes its international brand and luxury ambiance. The tower meanwhile holistically retains a signature individuality through its articulated façade and the top residential floors recede back to create signature sky gardens and an iconic presence on the Fuzhou skyline. The project is expected to open in 2022.
