MEGA MALL
The largest MixC development undertaken to date by CR land, MixC Qingdao, completed in 2015, takes the brand to a higher level of density, magnitude and height, serving as the city’s newest commercial landmark. Besides the 200,000sm Retail and Leisure Center, subsequent phases would include a 300m iconic mixed-use tower, seven residential towers, each 200m tall and two SOHO towers clad in terra cotta, exuding and recalling Qingdao's German and Bavarian history

This project was designed and led by current 3MIX Partners and stakeholders while associated with Callison, a global design firm based in Seattle, USA. The firm was acquired by Arcadis in 2014 and integrated as CallisonRTKL in 2015.
