A COASTAL LANDMARK
Wuxi Coastal City is located in the core of the new Lake Tai CBD in one of China's most livable cities. Fronting a grand plaza, the development consists of a five-level shopping center and a two-level lifestyle component flanking its northern edge. A soaring and voluminous entry rotunda anchors the L shared center while a layered and articulated facade defines an urban presence to the busy streets. The Lifestyle Village is appointed by cascading steps and trellised dining terraces and overlooks a man-made lake. A 150m mixed-use office, hotel and serviced apartment tower at its eastern edge defines a simple yet dramatic silhouette while tow metro lines and multiple residential towers create a 24-hour ambiance to this large scale urban development.
