3Mix was commissioned to create a master plan for the picturesque Haitang Wan inland waterways. Located along inland peninsulas and isthmuses, the brief included a Luxury Hotel and Cultural Facilities adjacent to an expansive Yacht Club and Marina. International Schools, luxury Residential blocks and sprawling villas along the meandering frontage of calm waters create a resort like destination within China’s tropical paradise.
