The proposed development is envisioned to be the centerpiece of the district’s masterplan to create a world class destination of leisure and entertainment. The development incorporates an enclosed ski slope and a central water park surrounded by a three-level enclosed galleria containing a “Snow World” along with various thematic and experiential zones of global destinations. A lifestyle street extends the pedestrian connectivity to the city park and the future subway system. Iconic residential and serviced apartment towers flank the edge of the site with boutique and theme hotels. The many manifestations of water (ice, snow, lake, waves) define a key vocabulary for the architectural components and an iconic “theme” tower containing an observatory clearly defines a “marker” for this world class development.
