An expansive tract of land stretching 4 kilometers along the Xianghu Wetland Park is intended for development of a new vibrant township by a collaborative venture of Vanke and OCT. Defined into pedestrian friendly blocks, the development is anchored by various residential typologies ranging from towers to townhouses and exclusive villas. With internal green belts and connectivity to the city Zoo, the development also incorporates various commercial facilities, retail villages and boutique hotels. Part of the wetland zones will be allocated to an extensive waterpark and waterfront retail promenades with boutique shops, cafes and F&B facilities. A continuous “Eco Ribbon” of esplanades, amphitheaters and family amenities within the naturally preserved environment defines the project’s DNA.
