The main components include innovative office towers with primary visibility along the main road and a three level Retail Galleria with expansive street frontage. Service Apartment and SOHO towers are built on top of the landscaped deck with all traffic is mitigated underneath. A B1 level Food Hall and Marketplace defines a “Community Street” accessible via sunken gardens in this cohesive development.
