MALL UNDER THE PARK
Central Walk is a unique echo shopping center located under Shenzhen’s public 岑central park which connects the new City Hall and Convention Center. To showcase the retailers, a promenade along the perimeter opens onto restaurants and outdoor dining, while using the vertical circulations link the park to the terraces, the center design also uses large clerestory windows to bring daylight into the floors below all the way to the basement level which connects to then the future city’s public metro system. The center has become Shenzhen’s vital retail and entertainment destination in the heart of the new central business district.
