This five-level neighborhood retail complex is divided into two districts connected in the middle with a passage way leading into an inner retail street. All retail stores have two major storefronts formed along the commercial city street, the inner shopping street, and at all residential tower bases. On the south side there is a sunken plaza connected to the subway. The façade design is intended to bring a sense of retail vibrancy with opportunities for plentiful advertising space. The design uses a color laminated glass system with a horizontal aluminum plate, arranging the advertising space in-between the colored glass panels to form a vivid yet unified look.
