SKY PARK

Located in the far east peninsular in the Pazhou island, Haizhu District in Guangzhou, this conceptual master plan envisions a multi-use development including luxury residential towers, class A office buildings and a vibrant retail and entertainment elevated park connecting from the Mall on the subway station to the water front. The residential towers enjoy expansive views of the city and the river and a multi-level traffic “alleviator” facilitates ease of access, egress and parking. The signature “Skypark”, an elevated and landscaped pedestrian park reminiscent of New York’s “high line” ties the various components into a holistic composition for this new and growing CBD.
