This marketplace for frozen foods is encapsulated in a four-level facility located in Wuhan’s Gedian Town. The warehouse-like structure incorporates frozen food shops on the first two levels with catering facilities on the third level and capped by Wanton headquarters and innovative co-working offices. Exuberant exterior graphics clearly articulate the uses within and create an iconic presence. Within its urban context. The project re-defines the frozen food warehouse into a hybrid and integrated facility and creates a new “template” for future developments of this typology within China.
