Guangzhou International Grand City

PEARL RIVER DIAMOND

Originally conceptualized for SHK Properties, the IGC (completed by Rocco Design and AGC), this multi tower mixed-use project containing a multi-level Retail Galleria, a Conrad Hotel, Riviera Apartments and upscale Office space, defines a new urban district in close proximity to the Pearl River while enjoying expansive views of the riverfront and city parks. Designed as a faceted and sculpted entity the design metaphorizes the diamond cutting process articulated by layers of metal and glass. A magical Art Park within the forecourt and an extensive roof garden reflect the project’s multiple uses while defining a calm urban destination within the surrounding high-density developments.
