Hangzhou Xixi InCity
IMPRESSION XIXI
The winner of the 2009-2010 China Shopping Center Design Innovation Award, Hangzhou Xixi InCity was China's first eco shopping center. Adjacent to the Xixi wetland, the project has a large roof garden and sunken plazas echoing to the surrounding natural landscape, creating an enviroment with a strong sense of leisure and tranquility. The interior of the mall has four large atriums in the theme of the four seasons, bringing a touch of spring, summer, autumn, and winter. With innovative design approch and its distinctive natural environment, Xixi InCity is a refection of elegance and quality living of people in Hangzhou.

This project was designed and led by current 3MIX Partners and stakeholders while associated with Callison, a global design firm based in Seattle, USA. The firm was acquired by Arcadis in 2014 and integrated as CallisonRTKL in 2015.
